There’s nothing more disappointing than booking your business trip or vacation, only to get there and find that what you thought you were getting and what you actually got were two completely different things.

Imagine being a business traveler. All you want to do after that long flight is to get into your room for a little peace and quiet, only to discover that you’re booked into the same hotel as the high school football team. Well you don’t need me to tell you how that feels.
